All products supplied by PepHaus are strictly intended for laboratory and research purposes only. These products are not designed or approved for human consumption, medical treatment, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or diagnostic purposes.

By placing an order through our website, customers confirm they are appropriately qualified and fully understand the research-only nature of the products provided.

Product Handling & Reconstitution

PepHaus cannot verify or guarantee the sterility, storage conditions, handling practices, or compatibility of any third-party reconstitution solutions not supplied directly by us. Therefore, we accept no liability for contamination, damage, product issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of external products or alternative solutions.

Once products are delivered, customers accept full responsibility for their storage, handling, preparation, and research application.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details, shipping information, and selected products before completing checkout. PepHaus is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.

Refunds & Claims

Any concerns relating to damaged goods, missing items, incorrect products, or delivery issues must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not qualify for review or resolution.

Due to the sensitive nature of research products, all refund or replacement requests are evaluated individually. Requests may be declined if products have been opened, altered, improperly stored, or mishandled after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Once dispatched, shipping timeframes are dependent on the carrier and external factors beyond our control. PepHaus is not liable for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

PepHaus accepts no responsibility for misuse, improper handling, unintended applications, or use outside the stated research purposes of our products.

Right to Refuse Service
