Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders received by 12:00 PM AEST on business days are prioritised for same-day dispatch, ensuring faster delivery. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or promotional events. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We use Australia Post Express for all domestic deliveries. Estimated delivery is generally 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that while dispatch times are guaranteed, delivery times are determined by the courier and are outside our control. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, damages, or losses once the parcel is in transit.

Discreet Packaging

All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging, with no reference to the contents or nature of the items. Your privacy is our priority, and discretion is maintained for every shipment.
